There's 3 rules to the Paper Hat Game:

1) You can't speak

2) You can't force anybody to play

3) You always win

THE PAPER HAT GAME

History

The paper hat game was invented in the summer of 2001.  Since then it's been featured in the Chicago Sun-Times, Gaper's Block...and a handful of blogs.  It's been played on the Chicago el, New York City's 3 train, Portland Oregon's, Max, San Fransisco's BART, The Light Rail in Minneapolis, and finally went international on Vancouver BC's Monorail.  There are, to the best of my knowledge, at least three other paper hatters out there, and the farther it spreads the better.  Send in your pics to: paperhat(at)scottyiseri.com.
